This complete semi-finished product for bread is characterized by a rich blend of special flours: corn flour, rye flour, rice semolina, barley flour and toasted soy flour. It contains also mixed seeds and flakes (sesame, flax, oat, barley, etc.), to create an explosion of flavor and crunchiness.
