Turmeric bread mix, a spice rich in benefits

This bakery mix is made with turmeric, a spice from South Asia, rich in proven beneficial properties: antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, purifying and digestive. Nucleo® Curcuma mix gives the bread and its substitutes a typical yellow ochre colour and a slightly spicy flavour. Sunflower seeds and oat flakes enrich the taste of the baked goods.

How to dose our Nucleo® mixes?

To simplify the work of the artisan baker, the Nucleo® dosage is studied to always obtain 10. In this way it is possible to quickly calculate the right quantity that the baker add to the flour. This Nucleo® has a 5+5 dosage, that is: 5 kg of Nucleo® + 5 kg of flour.
