A complete and balanced mix of healthy ingredients, such as oat flakes, wheat germ sourdough, mixed oil seeds (sunflower seeds, flax seeds, pumpkin seeds), wheat bran and low-sodium salt, to make a genuine and very tasty bread. With Protein 30® Bread the bread will have a high protein content and it will be high in fiber and low in sugar too. We recommend this complete mix for the production of loaves or sandwiches bread.

Protein 30® Pizza, the complete mix for protein pizza and protein croissants too

A complete semi-finished product for pizza bases with a high protein content (30 g of protein per 100 g of pizza base), a high fiber content and a low sugar content. Thanks to the balanced blend of oat flakes, bran and wheat sourdough, with Protein 30® Pizza it is possible to prepare very tasty and dark colored pizza bases, different from the traditional pizza bases. Use it with 100% dosage to prepare a delicious protein pizza and with 80% dosage to make croissants. This mix is also ideal for making high protein croissants, using this simple recipe: 80% Protein 30® Pizza + 20% type "00" wheat flour.
