NEW FORMULATION FOR VITAKORN MIX, NOW WITH LIVE LACTIC FERMENTS

Vitakorn is the complete mix for dark bread with rye flour and mixed seeds. It is a clean label product that allows you to create bread with an intense malt aroma, enriched with the acidic notes typical of rye.


Vitakorn contains a rich blend of mixed seeds, such as sunflower seeds, flax seeds, and sesame seeds, which make the bread even more delicious. Additionally, soy grits and extruded corn further enhance the taste and texture of the bread.


From today, Vitakorn is enriched with live lactic ferments, allowing you to elevate your baked products to a higher level:
